New School design system

Blackboard's LMS reached millions of students, which meant every inaccessible component locked real people out of their own coursework and exposed institutions to compliance risk they couldn't ignore. I designed accessible enterprise UI for the New School design system, working with product and engineering to fix issues at the component level so the same defect never shipped twice.
