Hi, I'm Jon

I'm a Product Designer, Design Engineer, and AI-native product builder with 15+ years of experience designing, building, and shipping software products across startup and enterprise environments.

Most recently at Hi Marley, I led design for an InsurTech SaaS platform serving 100+ insurance carriers and ~30,000 users. I consolidated four design systems into a unified React + Figma component architecture, designed and shipped AI-powered workflows for claims and customer communication, and introduced agentic AI workflows that helped accelerate iteration between design and engineering.

My work spans product design, front-end engineering, and AI tooling. I move between Figma, React, TypeScript, and production code, using tools like Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT to prototype, generate code, and explore product ideas faster than traditional workflows allow.

Core skills include UX/UI design, design systems, accessibility, interaction design, and front-end engineering, with a focus on building scalable, system-driven products that connect design and engineering.

Outside of work, I coach youth baseball, serve in ministry, and explore the New Hampshire seacoast with my wife and children.
